  • What is the return process?

    Our goal is to simplify your experience with Quilbed. If you decide that the mattress is not the right fit within the 100-night trial, you can easily contact us and we will work to have your mattress picked up and a full refund processed.

    All Quilbed products returned within the trial period are donated to local churches, organizations or charities. If no charitable options are available, we will work hard to find a mattress recycler in your area. Even upon a return, Quilbed aims to be good stewards over our resources.

    If you are looking to return an accessory item, please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping label. From there, you will simply drop off the products at a local shipping store. Once products are received on our end, you will receive a full refund. This process normally takes five to seven business days.

  • Do you allow exchanges?

    Yes. We want you to be completely comfortable with your purchase. If you decide to upgrade a feature or even the size of a Quilbed product during your 100-night trial, we will gladly assist you. Please contact us and we will get the process started. Please note, any price differential from your original product to the new product will be charged to your credit card. Also, we are sorry to inform you that there is no 100-night trial on second mattresses.
